Chenoa Baker is located on the unseated homelands of the Lenape people, who were victims of colonial-settler violence. To begin the unraveling of these colonial harms, Chenoa recognizes and supports land back efforts by Indigenous peoples. As a neurodivergent, queer, Black femme, with an ethnic name, Chenoa honors the range of experiences that collaborators bring to the table. She does not tolerate macro/microaggressions nor reinforcing systems of oppression; instead, she actively fosters and holds partners accountable to an accessible and inclusive environment.
